Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@forma.io. Please note that you need to contact us via email to start a return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items),
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Workshops Refund Policy
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 All workshops must be booked in advance through our Shopify store or via alternative contact methods as listed on our website.
1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the workshop.
1.3 Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation with all relevant details of the workshop.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1 Cancellation by Participant
- Cancellations made 24 hours after booking are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after this are non-refundable. We are happy to provide a workshop kit for collection.
2.2 Cancellation by Forma
- In the unlikely event that Forma cancels a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- If a workshop needs to be rescheduled due to factors outside of our control (e.g., weather, venue issues), we will communicate new dates and offer the option to refund or reschedule.
3. Transfer of Booking
3.1 Bookings are non-transferable to other workshops or events. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another individual with prior notice and approval from Forma.
